Description

Honey and walnut bread that is flat and toasted in color. You can feel dried fruits and aromatic herbs and some moisture.

History

We are a restaurant founded in 1976 in Sobral de Monte Agraço. As this area has no history in terms of regional products, we decided to create these buns following a 1940 recipe book left by family members. It remains a small and artisanal production.
